DDS Workflow

1. 初步接洽

Initial Contact & Consultation

填寫線上表單後，將有專人與您聯繫，了解您是否已有腳本或明確拍攝方向。

Once the form is submitted, our team will contact you to understand whether you have a script or need help developing one.

2. 提案確認

Proposal Confirmation

若您已有腳本，DDS 會提供相關參考與建議；若需協助，DDS 會依需求擬定拍攝方向，並初步提出建議方案供討論。

If you have a script, DDS will provide references; if not, we’ll draft an initial direction and proposal for discussion.

3. 簽約與報價

Agreement & Quotation

經過提案討論與共識確認後，DDS 會提出正式製作企劃與報價單，雙方簽約並收取頭款，合作正式啟動。

4. 前期準備

Pre-Production

包括演員、場地、服裝、美術道具、攝影器材、租賃團隊，以及製作會議 (PPM) 確認分鏡表、順場表與通告單。

This covers casting, location, wardrobe, props, equipment rental, and a Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) to finalize shot lists, schedules, and call sheets.

5. 拍攝與後製

Production & Post-Production

拍攝完成後收取中間款，接續進入後製，包括初剪、音樂、調色、字幕與特效，分為 A Copy（高品質成品）與 B Copy（功能化版本）。

After filming and receiving the second payment, we proceed to editing, music, color grading, subtitles, and effects, delivering both A Copy (final polished version) and B Copy (functional version).

6. 成果交付

Final Delivery & Completion

完成成品交付後，DDS 將收取尾款，並確認所有細節皆符合雙方期待，讓整個合作專案順利結案。

The final product is delivered, the remaining payment is collected, and all details are confirmed to meet expectations, marking the successful completion of the project.
